From enquiry to a garden you'll actually use
However you get in touch, whether that's the form above, a call or a WhatsApp message, the next step is the same. We'll come back to you, usually the same day, to ask a few questions about the space and what you want from it, then arrange a free site visit at a time that suits you.
There's no charge and no obligation for that visit. It's simply how we measure the actual garden, talk through materials and options in person, and give you a clear written quote rather than a rough figure based on a phone description. If you'd like to go ahead, we'll agree a start date; if it's not the right time, that's fine too.
Not sure which service covers your project, or whether it's something we take on at all? Just describe what you're after in the message field above and we'll point you in the right direction, even if that means suggesting a different approach to the one you had in mind.
Most projects combine more than one service, a new patio with some fresh turf, or a driveway alongside new fencing, so don't worry about picking exactly one option from the dropdown. Tell us the whole job and we'll work out the details during the site visit.
